Please note: To create a fully working HV BYD battery stack you will always require 1x Battery Base with Battery Control Unit and between 4x and 8x BYD-B-PLUS-H1 battery modules. Depending on the charger used, multiple numbers of stacks in parallel are possible (5 maximum).

To ensure the best possible performance of the storage system Segen recommends updating battery and inverter firmware on commissioning.

Please download the B-BOX HV Software File and extract the .ZIP file on to your drive. Firmware file needs to be ".img" extension to be recognized by BYD Battery.
